Inside Sales Representatives

Position Description

Regional Sales Managers

Position Description

Provide leadership in the direction and coordination of activities for Inside Sales Department to ensure successful achievement of goals and targets within the policies, procedures, and ethical standards of the company.

  • Analyze, recommend, develop, and implement programs to successfully achieve sales and marketing plans through Inside Sales.
  • Manage personnel activities of department, such as recruitment, hiring, performance evaluations; and salary, policy, and procedures administration.
  • Manage department workload monitoring and balancing.
  • Attend tradeshows, training, and other customer related activities as requested.
  • Establish and evaluate monthly efficiency metrics to insure customer satisfaction and department efficiency.

Project Manager

Position Description

The IT Project Manager forms a key part of our client's IT Project and Portfolio Management department. The position is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient management of the project stage gate process and project quality program. IT Project management involves directing and monitoring all end-to-end aspects of project planning. This includes design, scope management, coordination of team assignment and mobilization, direction and coordination of work efforts, management of overall project deliverables. The IT Project Manager will also provide status updates and reporting, quality reviews and issue identification, and escalation and resolution for the delivery of these capabilities. This role provides enablement and focus on quality of project delivery.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree.
  • Proven examples of managing web based projects.
  • Must have examples of managing projects from requirements through deployments.
  • Familiar with SDLC.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Network Engineer

Position Description

  • Plans and assists in network design and manages the implementation of data network infrastructure components and coordinates the development and maintenance of procedures, specifications and standards.
  • Evaluates, tests, recommends, and implements specific network solutions.
  • Manage assigned network related projects.
  • Perform engineering, design and technical support for customer and internal networks.
  • Provide skills-transfer to peers within Network Engineering as required.
  • Schedules and coordinates installation and maintenance of software/hardware on the network and ensures compatibility of all communications and computer hardware/software.
  • Investigates and resolves problems, inefficiencies, and network performance.
  • Provides planning and technical support to determine network business needs throughout the company.
  • Participates in ensuring that customer requests via the ticketing system are managed to closure.
  • Complies with all standard internal controls and processes. Participates and follows all processes as defined.
  • Delivers results in support of achieving the organization’s Service Level Agreements.
  • Support the following network functions at a senior level.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
  • Prefer CISCO certifications such as CCNP and CCIE.
Experience:
  • Prefer 8 years of related network experience.
  • Project management experience.
  • Diagnostic experience with a variety of protocol standards.
  • Knowledge of a variety of network management tools, test equipment, circuits and modems.
  • Knowledge of Operating Systems such as WindowsNT, Unix (AIX, Sun OS, Linux) and/or OS/2.

Sr. Network Engineer

Position Description

The position of Senior Network Engineer requires an individual with experience in design, implementation, support, and management of complex data and voice networks. This position entails leadership in the design of future networks as the company grows, including product evaluation, testing, participation in product development, and in-depth troubleshooting. Interaction with other teams within the company for a variety of company initiatives will be required.

  • Ensure that all appropriate accounting entries have been made in a timely and accurate manner including Relocation, Catalog, Advertising, Travel, Utilities, etc.
  • Analyze the balance sheet and income statement accounts to explain and identify business reasons for variances.
  • Responsible for ensuring that proper accounting guidance is followed.
  • Provide support, as needed, for the development of the annual plan preparation and interim forecast.
  • Prepare the detailed close packages containing financial statements schedules and analysis.
  • Document procedures and identify best practices when possible.
  • Respond to ad hoc reporting and analysis requests on a timely and accurate basis.
  • Cross-train with counterparts.

Position Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science is preferred.
  • The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Internetworking.
  • CCIE certification preferred.
  • 3 years of Network Design Experience, medium to large-scale network design skills and Inter-network troubleshooting experience.
  • 2 years of experience with Cisco products such as CRS, 7600, 6500 and IOS-XR software.
  • Knowledge in IP internetworking - MPLS VPN, IP routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, ISIS), Quality of Service (QoS), IP multicasting.
  • Experience with LAN switching protocols and Security components such as MARS, Cisco PIX Firewalls, Cisco ACL and IOS based security functionality.
  • Familiarization with transport protocols and Technologies such as SRP/DPT, RPR (802.17), ADMs and DWDM systems.
 

Software Engineer

Position Description

Candidate will work in a fast paced development environment to create application code in a Microsoft Windows environment using primarily C# .NET and ASP.NET. Candidate will work with a small team of other developers, both local and at remote locations. Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills.

  • C# / ASP.NET Developer.
  • Must have at least 3 years of C# and ASP.NET experience.
  • Responsible for ensuring that proper accounting guidance is followed.
  • Must have at least 3 years of SQL Server database experience.

Sr. Software Engineer

Position Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for the Sr. Software Engineer:
  • Develop C# applications using Visual Studio 2008 and .NET 3.5.
  • Attend daily SCRUM meetings and other planning and/or team meetings.
  • Work closely with Project Managers and/or Dev Leads.
  • Mentor/Help other engineers on the team.
  • Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

Position Requirements

Education and Experience Required for the Sr. Software Engineer:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8-12+ years developing windows applications.
  • At least 2-3 years experience with C#.
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
  • Strong understanding and experience with object oriented design principles.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of threading, events, delegates, etc.
  • High volume/transaction experience a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
